Don’t look after their staff, no equipment other than laptops & monitors. Constantly changing demands. Inconsistent between regions. No chance to be a manager, due to ridiculous demands. Low rates of pay. Constantly given conflicting resource constraints. No clear plans or direction. Where is the technology?
