Pros
It's a very small company compared to Turbo Tax or H&R blocks. Each team is small and fined, but also means more responsibilities for each member.
Cons
There's no a central value for the talent employees. The new CEO brought many previous colleagues as the core leaderships to the company recently and formed a potential benefit network. Not transparency in the company.
