The current CTO took over from Mojo and has shifted the company from one where great work is done that supports families to one where it’s expected to work startup hours. One of their first steps as CTO was to fire 25% of the staff with little to no warning. Mass hiring follows for what can be assumed to cover for high turnover to come.
