      Pros

      Work location is convenient. I was at Sharda Center office which is located within the city limits so commuting to work is not a hassle. My manager was understanding - gave me time off whenever I requested.

      Cons

      Tech Mahindra has this stupid policy of logging your time in office (at least 8 hrs) and they deduct your salary if you are in office for less time than specified. Needless to say you do not get overtime if you work more. Their policy for promotion and performance reviews are adhoc and depend on your relations with your manager.

      Pros

      Depends on the project, I got one which was completely self sustained (no managerial politics in day to day work) and my India team and client were decent .

      Cons

      1. Low Salary, hardly any bonus or increments annually 2. Mismanaged HR and WFM (work force management) team they block employees from searching jobs till their skills which need to be approved each time by their manager match at least set number of skills in each internal job posting 3. Expect visa holders to find an internal job+ have the H1b transfer done in 2 weeks else they send you back to home country 4. Mandatory work from office 5. Forceful and rude managers with no compassion 6. Most resources are very low quality
