-A good place to start as a fresher, but not more than 2 yrs -Good cultural events -Only worth working in this company if you get a chance to fly onsite -If you are 35+ (or 15+ yrs of work ex) then this is the place for you, Sit back and relaxxxxx

-Salary way too less compared to Industry standards -Variable pay is a way of cutting employees salary -No responsibility is owned by the Managers if something goes wrong, all the blame in invariably on the people at the bottom of the pyramid -Master--Slave relation between Boss--Subordinates, unless you are your boss's favourite -no employee friendly policies -employees aeen as cost rather than Assets -Senior Management Lacks vision -Not many managers are technically competent, but are good at blame games
