One of the worst companies to work for :( - Clinical Research Associate Tech-Observer Employee Review

There are many cons anyways I will list few of them: 1. They will deduct 2k ₹ every month from your salary in the name of facility utilisation and electricity consumption. 2. There is a bond of two years and if you breach the bond then you have to pay them 3 months of salary or 3 months working with them without pay. There are no good projects all phase 4 trials. Even if sponsors are awarding phase III trial they are running like hell. Most of the sponsors are running even if they signed a contract with these CRO. They have removed almost 30 hardworking employees within aday without prior information and notice. Within one day they want their employee to leave their organisation. However they had provided one month of salary to us but all are jobless including me and now unable to find the job in the Clinical research industry. There is zero job security in this CRO. They throw a month-end party every month and the budget for that is negligible and it is like 100 RS per person. Based on the headcount the party gets organised. They offer samosa wafers in month-end party that too HR will tell you I will cancel the party if anyone makes noise. Travel policies for CRA is worst. Most of the CRA has to spend their night in stinking small rooms or Oyo due to their low budget. No respect for employee and zero integrity. They will treat employee like their servant. The one who is working is working day and night and the one who is free is disturbing others everytime. Even the employees with no projects get good appraisal and employee with many projects get low raise due to 1-2 escalations. This organisation is worst than school. Punch in and punch out system is there even if there is delay of 10 minutes your half day salary will be deducted. Probably one of the worst CROs in industry.
