Overall nightmare experience with serious quality and compliance issues
Pros
Nothing and never recommended to anyone.
Cons
Based on my personal experience, I had serious concerns regarding the organization's quality culture, compliance environment, and approach to addressing issues raised by employees. During my tenure, I observed situations that caused me concern regarding data integrity, quality oversight, audit management, compliance processes and toxic environment. I was disappointed by what I perceived as inadequate attention to certain quality and compliance-related issues and by the overall response to concerns raised by employees. My experience led me to question whether the organization sufficiently promotes a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement. Even many sponsors raised major quality issues and data integrity issue but they don't address properly and they also do fraud clinical research, manipulates data. Because of this, many sponsors withdrawn their studies from Tech Observer. The positive reviews which you see is mostly paid or who are very close to the company present or owner. Moreover Tech Observer never follow their own SOPs, Policies, ethical principles and Indian government Law. In addition, I experienced challenges related to communication, employee relations, and post-employment processes, including delays in receiving employment-related documentation and resolution of separation-related matters. As now Tech Observer not provided my employment documents i.e. Experience letter, relieving letter and other applicable documents. Overall nightmare experience and most of the employees face the same.
