I have been working at Tech-Observer full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Nice office space, easy parking, worked along side some of the most humble and down to earth people. PTO and sick days available.

    Cons

No training or development for internal employees, managers do not know how to lead or help their teams grow. The work environment is awkward for anyone not familiar with the underlined politics of the office. The only people who can thrive and grow in this company are the ones who share a personal relationship with the owners. There is too much micro managing and zero strategic plans on how to go in sales and marketing. They pay minimum and want employees to work around the clock. No work life balance.

    Advice to Management

Start recognizing and showing appreciation for employees who work hard and are excellent at what they do and not just the ones you favor. Need for improvement with communication and clarification on what is expected of the employee.

    Pros

Had the best experience with this company. The management and their entire team were very professional and organized. All of which makes this is an amazing environment for someone who wants to create, learn, and innovate.

    Cons

The people here are great and the managers on my team are fantastic.

    Advice to Management

Thank you for working so hard to create a company that exemplifies what it does - to help people find work at companies that they love.

    Pros

    Cons

This is a company run by a husband and wife. They are in India but claim to be a US firm. Liars! They will pay you below minimum, charge you 5x more for Visa fees. They are pure thieves. The know nothing about the Pharmaceutical industry and you will not be paid. People on phone unprofessional with babies crying in the background.

    Advice to Management

    Stay in India

    Pros

Have been working here since the past year and don't see anything to write wrong about them. They are a small sized company with a vision. They trust their employees and don't micro-manage them- they are open to new ideas and strategies and provide proper platforms for people to grow in their careers. They have pretty big clientele, a sound marketing team and always pay on time. They keep all their books clean and don't indulge in any wrong doings like a lot of companies. The staff and HR/Management are very friendly and they appreciate their employees from time to time. They offer everything one has to expect from a small to medium sized firm.

    Cons

    Nothing significant enough to mention

    Advice to Management

Please continue the good work of making us feel welcome and appreciated.

I have been working at Tech-Observer (Less than a year)

    Pros

It is a small company trying to grab the opportunity in the field of clinical research. However, I do not see any pros with this company. I would suggest job seekers to look for other companies and avoid it at all cost.

    Cons

The office culture is broken here. The management is rude and do not respect their employees at all. The main problem is that they give impression that they are always suspecting wrong things about their employees. This creates stress and lack of motivation to continue working.

Another thing is that they can easily break their promise they made to their employees. You can not depend upon their words at all. If you decide to join them you should not depend upon their words.

There is no opportunity of development there. There are virtually no training or support at all, and leadership does not care about it.

    Advice to Management

Management, If you want to make any progress and develop your company stop betraying your employee's trust. You cannot be happy by making others (especially employees) unhappy. Start treating your employees at least with a bit of respect. Stop the habit of breaking promises and ruining others' life, or at least do not make false promises.
