Pros
Very competent people in Tech. A lot to learn and a very good place if you want to learn deep technological skills. The team is the best team I ever had.
Cons
Frequent reorganization creates unstable work environment. Resent management only cares about results, less empathy for the individuals. Zero trust executive leadership. A though school but you are able to get competent fast if you go after it.
