Pros
All I can say is that it is a pay check. They did give an additional two percent discretionary contribution towards the 401k. Engineers I worked with were great, but they were all fired in January 2012.
Cons
All levels of management are completely incompetent. It is no surprise that Tellabs is using up their cash and going nowhere fast. If you work here, or if your company is acquired by Tellabs, start looking for a better job right away. The 401k choices are really limited and poor. Avoid Tellabs at all costs.
