      Cons

      Difficult to grow as many positions are given only if you are from Argentina or Italy and if you are friend of the elite group. They have high turnover levels.

      Very demanding, lots of hours at time above 40, can be a lot to learn, higher expectations than other companies, and hard to seperate work and life at times.
