      Cons

      It is a highly discriminatory work environment. If you are not from a Latin American company, you are treated as a second-class citizen and have no voice, nor opinion.

      Room for growth, great culture, plenty of opportunities to learn, and investment in its employees.

      Cons

      Very demanding, lots of hours at time above 40, can be a lot to learn, higher expectations than other companies, and hard to seperate work and life at times.
