      Good salary. Growth oppourtunities. Challenges. Really talented and nice people to work with. Impresive experienced profesionals to learn from. Variety of fields to learn about (SUCH, operations, commercial, and many more). Interesting company and sector in which it develops its activities.

      Cons

      Not so good work life balance. Doesn’t pay extra hours. Communication to its employees is not necessarily the clearest at times.

      Room for growth, great culture, plenty of opportunities to learn, and investment in its employees.

      Cons

      Very demanding, lots of hours at time above 40, can be a lot to learn, higher expectations than other companies, and hard to seperate work and life at times.
