      Pros

      Company has a great repuation, which makes our job easier. Lot of support available in every field (IT, HR, R&D, custom solution...) Decent pay and a lot of autonomy. Poeple stay and invest themselves

      Cons

      Company's strategy isn't clear. Moves were made in every directions. They do not always see the market as we (field poeple) do. few career opportunities because poeple stay for a long time (the bad side of being a good employer)

      Bad management, company lost its way. 7 years ago was the best companyni had ever worked for . Company started hiring from outside and legacy of thr company was lost.
