      Pros

      Management was very supportive of me and was always willing to help. Training was a long process but very thorough. Pay was good and there was a lot of upside to my compensation as long as i performed well.

      Cons

      As s remote sales rep it sometimes felt isolated.

      Bad management, company lost its way. 7 years ago was the best companyni had ever worked for . Company started hiring from outside and legacy of thr company was lost.
