Pros
Was a very strong learning company, and was one of the pioneering organizations that truly embodied the way to embrace much of the positive aspects of TQM.
Cons
Changing macro conditions resulted in some of the learning culture turning to a more controlling culture which was noticeable several years after a number of mergers and acquisitions.
