Pros

Awesome people who are smart, intrinsically motivated, conscientious.

Cons

Absolute jokers at the wheel. Continual promotions of tragically green people with no clue what it takes to do the work in their departments. Think VPs with less experience than the lowest employees on the ladder. Layoff lists that made zero sense and lost massive contracts. Resource management that was unreasonable and without care for complete and total burnout. And a nonstop popularity contest of loudest mouths in the room.

Pros

Amazing benefits, great coworkers, flexibility and work/life balance

Cons

Nothing for myself personally – it is fast paced, changes often internally with org structures and processes; you have to be able to be flexible and adaptable.

Pros

Great environment, collaborative, great benefits, 401k with match and a roth option, interesting work, incredible teammates, transparent communication, people give credit where credit is due, and mostly genuine individuals in leadership. We are given access to a lot of tools to support our work. If you enjoy the chance to use AI, this is a good opp for you. All in all, not sure what more a reasonable adult could want out of an employer.

Cons

Nothing all that specific to Terakeet. Comp could be better. You've also got the usual disgruntled people/few bad apples who blow things out of proportion, which can sometimes bring down the atmosphere. It might be irritating if you happen to have one of those people committed to being a problem/negative on your team, but I think most people here are solutions-oriented and just want to be really good at their job.
