Pros
- Lots of training provided
- Exposed to different projects at different companies
- Cozy community. The company is small and you will know everyone and will interact with them all the time. I was very close to my colleagues in our office and we were like family.
- Company conference in the UK every year
Cons
- I had fantastic direct management but higher-up management did not seem to have clear direction of what to do with the US market.
- Sometimes high-up management involved too much into technical decisions, in which they had very little knowledge on the domain, and would cause bad direction in development
- Salary not rewarding. Regardless how much one contributed to the revenue and improvements of the company, promotion and salary increase (or even salary adjustment) wouldn't happen until one demands for it.
- Bonus scheme was unfair.
