Pros
The flexible schedule is a huge plus and it is extremely easy to use your time off according to your own interests. There are plenty of opportunities for growth and there is good variety in the types of projects you can work on. Tetra Tech EMI also has a low multiplier which benefits the proposal process.
Cons
Staying billable can be difficult as can finding enough work due to relatively high variability in available work in the consulting world. Tetra Tech also offers less competitive pay and minimal training programs.
