      Provides all different types of job opportunities, wide array of fields and work available. Large company, lots of resources.

      Cons

      A little on the cheap side when it comes to compensation. Difficult to advance and increase salary initially, may get better with time, but have only been here a few years.

      Pay, remote work, flexible, variety of projects

      Cons

      Management is bit disorganized and always scrambling. Benefits are not the greatest. PTO is looped in with holidays. Not enough resources for every job so burnout is high
