      During hurricane matthew, hours were crazy and workload was non stop. Great place to work and the people are very welcoming.

      Cons

      Work can become very repetitious and not much of a challenge.

      Pay, remote work, flexible, variety of projects

      Cons

      Management is bit disorganized and always scrambling. Benefits are not the greatest. PTO is looped in with holidays. Not enough resources for every job so burnout is high
