People in the trenches are generally friendly. Semi ok benefits.
Cons
Morale at an all time low. Culture of counting the pennies at the expense of the pounds leading to managers throwing each other under the bus. Salary is below industry standard. No payrise for almost 3 years and then laughable. No bonus' either. Graduates forced into remedial, repetitive tasks. IT departure at best, comical, at worst, incompetent. Expect a rehashed laptop with limited processing capacity or an old behemoth which you can't possibly travel comfortably with. Outdated software suites. Work phones are from yesteryear. Zero collaboration with other departments or even offices. Has a "that'll do" attitude to clients deliverables. More managers than people to actually do the work.
