Pros
Large contracts give a huge base to work from. Nationwide project locations give opportunity to travel.
Cons
The company is split between different units that are essentially different businesses all together. EMI unit forbade (not in writing of course) the use of overhead charging when out of work - it’s criminal. Difficult to get a substantial raise (over 4-5%) every year 2.5-3% is average and promotions almost never happen for entry level people after 4-5 years.
