      I can't think of Any really !! The salary is a bit Los but it's the average for junior engineers

      Pay, remote work, flexible, variety of projects

      Cons

      Management is bit disorganized and always scrambling. Benefits are not the greatest. PTO is looped in with holidays. Not enough resources for every job so burnout is high
