Mutitude of opportunity if you have the right office manager.
Cons
Politics come into play too easily with no acountability. There is no focus in many of the offices. The company has grown too fast and has ignored the real employee needs part of a successful business resulting in a cut throat environment instead of a team feel. There is no patience for a learning curve especially if you are not in the good ol boys club.
