Pros
Working at Tetra Tech was good. They give the opportunity to work with them even if you have little experience or no degree. I was promoted multiple times and was transferred to different projects until we ran out of funds and finished them all. Benefits are not so bad for full time employees and we got to work from home.
Cons
The cons of working with Tetra Tech really depends on the project they place you. My first project was awesome however my second project was good but management did not communicate with the employees and they were not honest. It really depends on which project you are working on.
