      Flexible Working Great team Great scope of work (Ideal for young Engineers learning the job)

      Cons

      I was lied to and felt forced out of the company by one influential member of upper management. If you don't fit this persons ideals, you will hit a ceiling. Bonus system is structured so you will never achieve one even if you or your team does exceptionally well.

      Pay, remote work, flexible, variety of projects

      Cons

      Management is bit disorganized and always scrambling. Benefits are not the greatest. PTO is looped in with holidays. Not enough resources for every job so burnout is high
