Pros
Interesting project sites. Traveling time counts as working hours and there are a variety of high-tech tools at your disposal.
Cons
Abysmal training. Poor communication between management. Compensation is much lower than the industry standard (by 25%+). There is a clear favoritism at work. Very hostile towards entry-level employees. No paid holidays and vacation time is sometimes used as a substitute for days where work isn't available. Not a good company if you value job security. Once the projects slow down, so do the hours.
