      horrible management, little to no leadership, outdated offices, timekeeping, minimal PTO, few holidays, low pay for COL in area of office

      Pay, remote work, flexible, variety of projects

      Cons

      Management is bit disorganized and always scrambling. Benefits are not the greatest. PTO is looped in with holidays. Not enough resources for every job so burnout is high
