Not a good work environment - Anonymous employee Textron Aviation Employee Review

It can become a very hostile work environment with some employees and management. HR does nothing to stop it. Mandatory OT can become an issue. Benefits could be a lot better. Some employees hide in restrooms playing games on phone to avoid doing job.
