      Pros

      People are really nice to work with. Also, HR seems to care about employees and any feedback that they have regarding how the company is handling employees.

      Cons

      Poor management, seems to be spread really thin and has a hard time ensuring that all employees are happy. Also, managers do not know how to properly assign people to work they are qualified to do.
