Pros
You get to learn a lot of different things that are part of your job, but you don't do very often. You get to work with cool tech. The compressed work week schedule is nice as well as the ability to work from home.
Cons
The job location is in the middle of nowhere, be prepared for a 30-45 min commute unless you move into the tiny town. Leadership is toxic and is based on the good ol boy system. You wont get good feedback when asked about performance. It is made pretty clear from the start that it doesn't matter what you do or how well you are going to do it, that you will be getting the same raise as everybody else.
