Pros
The company, a division headquarters, was very well run and had a lot of experienced employees when it had a lot of government contracts, from about 2003-2011. It had about 1400 employees on site at its peak.
Cons
When the company lost most of its government contracts, it had sequential layoffs in a short period of time, and now only has a little over 300 employees on site. It is no longer the division headquarters and is a minor operation of the larger Textron enterprise..
