Pros
40 % discount is the best part the benefits programs were flexible because you had choices of where you wanted to go, as well as what coverage you wanted, however as of january 2011, they will no longer offer the flexiblility and choices that they do now. in addition, employees are now being asked to change their coverage options.
Cons
no balance between work and home. hr is in wakeforest, north carolina and is horrible about following up and follow through with store issues, new hires, new pay rates, ect. you are completely replaceable with out blinking an eye. pay vs. work load is ridiculous. they pay so little and expect so much in comparision to other companys out there
