50% discount. The chance to get bonus. Good quality products, the skincare and body butters are really nice.
Cons
No progression. You'll have to wait a long time if you want to move up. Don't get paid enough for the amount you do especially if you have an incompetent manager. Expect to do manager work on a low wage. The make up is awful, no staying power at all.
