      Pros

      A huge amount of IP. Very good company if you want to learn business taxonomy.

      Cons

      Managers drive the company, very bureaucratic. Not willing to invest on human resources. Minimal social activities.

      Pros

      There is quite a bit of loyalty amongst the more tenured, older employees. Quite a few people over 50. Lots of "support" in the terms of meetings, but not a lot of direction.

      Cons

      There definitely seems to be a lot of former Gartner employees along with their former colleagues. Pay and benefits are not great.
