Pros

Great and genuinely caring people Great benefits Work / life balance Strong brand

Cons

No promotional track Lacking diversity (still predominately white staff) Shifting into a consultant / fixed term employee org. Executive team is a who’s who list of the presidents friends (it’s public record)

Pros

Not sure this role exists anymore, but associate positions at Rockefeller are/were great experiences if you had a great manager, especially if you're looking for what's next and need some flexible but valuable work in the interim. Also a great way to get on their radar for future openings in the long term, but keep in mind that it's very, very unlikely (read: essentially impossible) you would be able to get brought in-house full-time after any associate position.

Cons

All depends on the team you're on for the experience you'll have.
