    Great Place to Work

    Pros

Relatively flat structure, forward thinking organization with a focus on a hand full of global goals. The organization puts the wellbeing of its employees at the forefront and this has been even more apparent during Covid-19.

    Cons

Collaboration across global offices is a work in progress, over reliance on consultants/consulting firms (although this is improving)

Decent work environment- no real social good

    Aug 4, 2019 - Program Associate

    Business Outlook

    Pros

Comfy work environment with subsidized food.

    Cons

Very stuffy and conservative. No real motivation to do social good, rather focus on media partnerships and brand recognition. Try actually improving the lives of poor and vulnerable people, you’ll have to write memos, play internal politics and pay external consultants to tell you what you already wrote in the memos.
