      Pros

      Some good clients, nicely designed websites

      Cons

      The company culture is draining. Management is very unethical, they lie, they hide things, they don't provide positive reinforcement. They check your messages and browser history because they don't trust anyone. Good employees are driven away be poor management and poor business practices. The company only cares about money and is willing to lie to clients and screw them out of money. Half the company quit within a matter of months.

      Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts with us. We do feel that this review deserves a response regardless of how inaccurate the claims made are. This isn't a job for the faint of heart. Agency work isn't for everyone. It can be high pressure with high expectations and tight deadlines. We promise our clients our best and therefore we encourage the best from our employees. It's unfortunate when an employee decides that we no longer deserve their best. When this happens, certain mechanisms that have been put in place are executed. We do this to not only protect our clients and this company, but to protect our employees that want to work here. Our employees deserve to work in a safe and nurturing environment. We wish you the best of luck in your future endeavors.

      Fully remote, but we do have team building and in-person opportunities for locals.

      Pros

      TheeDigital is a great place to work. Not only do they pay well, but there are constant opportunities to make more with commissions, contests and other incentives throughout the year. The group of people that you work with every day are kind, funny and well-informed. TheeDigital has done a great job building a culture where we all can learn from each other, grow and have fun. There are no dumb questions. If you are looking for a remote position with autonomy and great support, TheeDigital has it all.

      Cons

      As you build relationships with your coworkers, it can sometimes be disappointing that you can't regularly hang out with them due to the fact that there are a lot of remote employees. Would be nice to grab a drink with some of them!
