Pros

- can’t think of any

Cons

- Toxic environment and employer - In my short time there, i noticed that one of the founders (Samantha) uses fear to lead her team, practically treating her employees like slaves. For example, she starts shouting vulgarities at the team when she find the office messy. Her staffs also has to prepare a glass of water for her right before she arrives. - OT culture and hours is very bad, don’t expect to go home on time. You will be pressured to work late hours or you will be labeled as someone with bad working attitude. - Marketing team is also quite toxic, there are times where they will speak ill of or gossip about others freely. - The onboarding and briefing for my job scope was also very lacking, probably about 5 minutes of verbal instructions before I’m expected to jump straight into my job. - My role was a temp admin staff, but they treated me like a servant, passing things, buying food for them, fetching water. As it was my first office job, i thought it was normal. But now, i realised that it was just disrespectful. - I had very bad anxiety in my few weeks working there and I have always blamed myself for not being better and doing my job well. Upon reflection, I believe it was the company and its toxic environment that has played a huge role in my disastrous experience there. - It took me 4 years to write a this review, and decided to do this as I recently heard from someone who left their job there and had a similarly bad experience.

Pros

Nil. There's nothing I can think of.

Cons

My experience at Thinkads was one of the worst working experiences I've had due to what I believe was a very poor workplace culture. One of the biggest issues was being expected to handle personal errands that were unrelated to my job. I was regularly instructed to buy lunch for the entire team and was even asked to help plan my boss's son's birthday. These tasks had nothing to do with the role I was hired for and made me feel that employees were not being treated professionally. The work assigned to me was also very different from the job description I accepted. Despite being expected to take on unfamiliar responsibilities, I was given little to no proper guidance or training. When things went wrong, instead of receiving support or constructive feedback, I was blamed for the mistakes. During my time at Thinkads, I constantly questioned my own abilities because the environment was so discouraging. It affected my confidence, and every day felt demoralizing. After leaving the company and experiencing a healthier work environment, I realized the problem was not my capability but the company's culture and leadership. Employees deserve to be treated with respect, given work that aligns with their role, and provided with proper guidance to succeed.

Pros

Pro on PUA.. final artwork keep on changing..

Cons

company only seems to notice your flaws while turning a blind eye to your strengths. Working hours are never stable—they send us long lists of tasks in the middle of the night, then come morning, they scold us for not having everything completed.
