Pros

Nothing at all. Advice to not accept their employment no matter how bad you need a job. It’s not worth it.

Cons

I worked in Thinkads as a full time employee many years back. The company is run by a married couple and they are the most rotten human beings I’ve ever encountered. Working hours end at an average time of 11pm without any taxi claim. The female owner yells at the employees for the slightest thing. Honestly, it seems like she’s venting her frustration on us because her business partner (also her husband) is not much of a help. The male owner (also the husband), is tasked to manage the creative team but he does not have any creative background or knowledge. He also often speak about the female body inappropriately at work with the young staff. The couple also create imaginary drama, spreading crazy conspiracies about the staff. But honestly, we’re so tired from working 14 hours a day, we don’t even have energy to conspire anything against them. They bring their own marital problems to work. If the couple argues, don’t even think about going home because the wife will leave and the husband is trapped in the office (afraid to go home) thus he will make u work as late as possible (we stayed till 1am making the most senseless amendments to the artwork that is not even urgent). You can tell he is just dragging time so he don’t have to go home and face the wife. Most insecure bosses acts like this. It took me years to write this as I was quite young during my employment with them. After years in the workforce, I’ve noted that true talented and competent leaders do not act like that.
