Pros
- It's a remote work culture which is great for me personally. We get to work in a very flexible way and you're treated like an adult. You also get to work with more diverse colleagues since they are hiring people from everywhere in the country - The work is meaningful (we're helping people change their lives) and that is motivating for me personally and for the people around me - People are generally smart, sincere, fun and dedicated
Cons
- Company is facing challenges created by rapid growth but they've been extremely transparent about those challenges and the work they're doing to solve - Can sometimes be a bit too sensitive to decisions that impact individuals or culture so can delay making hard (but necessary) decisions around moving people into different roles
