- Exposure to some interesting assignments at times - (Some) friendly and helpful people; many of whom do not stay - They will offer you a full-time job very quickly

- Cult of personality around founder - Founder has ego issues; it's either his way or the highway - Toxic work environment dressed up as 'high standards' - Inconsistent exposure to seniors - Inefficient bureaucracy - A lot of random assignments based on founder's whims - Bad pay, no payment into national insurance or pensions, no benefits, no time off - Cult-like internal lingo - 'thinking' and 'linking' become a religion.

Can’t think of anything but was not there long enough to truly appreciate the company

Did see some aspect that could use some work such as the structure of the work given was quite disorganised and a little chaotic
