Interview
I had 4 rounds of application with:
- first interview with HR
- second interview in person with HR, office manager, and CEO
- a three-hour research task
- final interview with Senior Analyst
The second interview was quite unprofessional with questions such as:
- Mark, the CEO has properties in France, are you ok doing his PERSONAL admin?
- Questions about my political views
- Quite aggressive responses from the CEO who seems like the only one who decides everything
The company is very small, but their ego is massive and they treat you as if you're applying to Goldman Sachs. They always mention their methodology, without explaining it to you, and will then tell you should know it already (?). Very confusing.
Even the only Senior Analyst told me that the only decision-maker is the CEO.
At every stage, I was told that Mark is a "complicated" person to deal with, which is never a good sign.
After 4 stages and great feedback after each, I was told I was not a "cultural fit". Honestly stay away.
They pay minimum wage, no overtime pay, and the culture seems awful.
