It's a job. Most employees at the company are very young and leave as soon as possible, so it can be useful until you find other opportunities.
Cons
- Zero training or investment in my development - The executive of the company talks down to everybody and accepts little to no questions, ideas, or differing opinions. - You need permission from the executive to leave, even outside of contract hours, so you are essentially forced to work overtime without compensation (contracts say 9-6, but expect to stay until 8PM most days and even be requested to do some work during the weekends for no additional pay or recognition). - Bad salaries
