Pros
Talented team, good engineering managers and a chilled place to work with decent amenities in office. Very good compensation according to work done at office.
Cons
Higher management and product management decisions seem to be opaque. They call themselves a tech team, but there is a general lack of risks taken in product or technology which is not hindering growth but also bleeding out many talented engineers causing huge knowledge gap. As there are no risks taken, existing tech for certain product teams are quite obsolete and hence the learning is capped in those teams which in turn hinders career growth.
