Overall bad WLB. - Less projects in some tech stacks - No benefits and learnings from projects, best practices not followed. - You cannot be your best version here. The tight deadlines and constant pressure force you to do bad practices and pay for it later (with more pressure). - Unnecessary pressure and guilt created for taking leaves. - Roles in the project are limiting, no scope of learning something new. - Your leads and managers will not protect you from unrealistic client demands. You will be placed on spot in the name of ownership and responsibility. - Small office in Hyderabad. No cab facilities for employees. No canteen.
