Pros

Used to be a nice company. Offered remote work. Few good projects.

Cons

Most of the work is junk work that product companies don’t want to do. I had the most horrible manager who would yell and shriek at us like we were slaves. Yes, the account was sinking but that doesn’t mean she can treat us unethically. They are also trying to fire women because they can’t slog like men with families and kids to manage. I have seen atleast 4 females fired over the last 3 months.

Pros

- Helping and collaborative culture overall - Good work life balance since they don't have projects

Cons

- They work like a staffing firm just aimed at staffing you at a client to make money with zero interest in employee benefits or growth

Pros

The pay is good and in line with the market rate.

Cons

There are plenty downsides working at this company: 1. Horrible leadership and management - The Managers and Client partners are only concerned about taking money from the client irrespective of whether the project is realistic or if there is capacity in the team. This leads to the team members being over-exhausted due to unrealistic timelines. The leadership has 0 accountability and will blame every project shortcoming on the Jr members/Project Managers/Offshore team and will take all the credit when project is successful leading to toxic work culture. The Managers/Client partners are not professional/ethical when it comes to communication and will often resort to personal remarks in tough situations. 2. HR is incompetent and acts as staffing firm while allotting projects irrespective of your prior experience/skillset. 3. To my previous point: No support/knowledge transfer is provided when starting a project from the management/leadership and you are expected to be an expert in the industry even when you don't have prior experience. 4. False Marketing of work experience you will gain: For new graduates, before joining, they will promise you exposure to cutting edge analytics projects while in reality the projects they have are extremely basic. You won't gain any new skill/knowledge. The cutting edge projects are handful in number and are already fully staffed. Therefore, would advise new graduates to avoid joining this firm.
