Pros

Mostly good people with good intentions. Great opportunity to integrate the web with brick and mortar store fronts.

Cons

Zero accountability for poor decisions and strategies on the corporate level. Rather than accept that we are not offering what the customer wants, failure is always attributed to execution and culture opportunities on the store level. A mixed message of brand identity as they try to market the stores as a one stop destination for tech pros and DIY'ers and then doesn't stock the store with a solid selection of parts... opting to fill the shelves with toys, candy, flashlights and toasters.
