Pros
The people and culture is great - coworkers are engaged & good at their jobs & always happy to help, they will work with you to make sure you always have a job even if you move states / the market shifts / you want to go try something new
Cons
Only 15 vacation days without 5+ years with the company, company car stipend is low and significantly worse than the previous car program that it replaced, periodic hiring / promotion freezes and rigid promotion cycles leave new hires making more money than those with experience, lack of growth opportunity if you aren't willing to move every few years
