      Pros

      For a publicly-traded company, it actually felt like a tight knit organization with above-average communication. My manager let me run the territory in my vision, no micromanaging at all.

      Cons

      There is a cap on commission based compensation, so even if you have a great year, it will be capped.

      Low stress, climate controlled, flexible shift

      Cons

      Horrible management, favoritism, management has no problem stepping in your way even if you’re trying to better yourself.
